We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the combined role of Sales Assistant and Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assist with product inquiries, and foster a welcoming store environment.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations to maintain high standards in service and presentation.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the team, including training, performance management, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store goals.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels and effective stock management.
• Compliance: Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, ideally within the wholefoods or organic sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills.
• Knowledge of organic products and a commitment to sustainability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Barista experience or a readiness to complete barista training.
