Jase's oysters are clean, deep, and rolled to perfection. A beautifully creamy, heavy pallet weight all the way through, with a cut grass taste and chicken broth richness.
Please note, oysters are unshucked so they will stay fresh if kept wrapped in a cool hesshion sack or tea towel in a cool dark place. Use a shucking knife to open. We have shucking knives avaialble for an extra $5.
