Clyde River oysters are known for their exceptional water quality thanks to the strong tidal flow through the surrounding National Park. Jase’s oysters are clean, deep, and perfectly rolled — creamy with a rich, savoury finish.
Oysters come unshucked so they stay fresh. Keep them wrapped in a cool hessian sack or tea towel in a dark, cool spot. You’ll need a shucking knife to open them (available in-store for $5).
