Our Tamari is made with filtered water, organic whole soy beans and salt – That means no gums, emulsifiers, flavours or preservatives; just simple, organic ingredients done right.
Ingredients: Organic whole soybeans, water, sea salt, koji spores, alcohol.
Approx. +/- 2.6% alcohol added as a preservative.
